712 Liberty Street, Mexia, Texas 76667

This 3 bedroom, 1 bath home sits on a big lot shaded by mature trees, with a metal roof, covered front porch, and a gravel drive leading back to a long metal carport with enclosed sides for parking and storage. Inside, the kitchen has a breakfast bar that opens to the dining area, and there’s an indoor laundry closet. New plumbing and a new water heater are already in, giving you a head start. The rest of the home needs work so bring your vision and some sweat equity to make it shine. Out back, a covered porch looks over the yard, along with a metal storage shed, a small detached outbuilding, and a coop. The back of the lot opens into a shady, tree-covered spot that’s perfect for a fire pit or outdoor seating.
