Xavier Rosas

As the newly appointed Director of Sales, Xavier Rosas's primary role is to drive revenue growth by setting and executing sales strategies, leading both the residential and commercial sales teams, and ensuring the company's sales targets are met and exceeded. He is also responsible for recruiting and retaining the sales force, building a team of talented professionals committed to excellence. Xavier also manages multiple facets of the commercial real estate business, including marketing the team's commercial listings and cultivating his own client relationships. With four years on the team—three of which have been dedicated to the commercial sales side—Xavier has built a reputation for delivering results and fostering strong client partnerships.

Xavier is an active CCIM candidate and has been recognized for his contributions both within the industry and throughout the community. In 2024, he was named a Waco Under 40 Honoree by the Greater Waco Chamber and received the KW Advantage Culture Award. He also serves on the KW Advantage Agent Leadership Committee, helping shape the future direction of the market center.

His notable client relationships include Frontier Waste Solutions, Champion's Academy, Waco Water Tree, Suit City, Full Armor Fire & Security, and TurnUp Waco, among others. Xavier's approach combines market expertise with a genuine commitment to understanding each client's unique goals.

A Mart native, Xavier has deep roots in Central Texas and views Waco as a place of tremendous economic growth and opportunity. He is passionate about playing an active role in the area's continued development and innovation.

Beyond the office, Xavier is deeply involved in the Waco community. He volunteers with the Waco Challenger League, coaches flag football and soccer for Centex Sports, and supports No Limitations. In his free time, Xavier enjoys boxing and fitness, traveling, and spending quality time with his soon-to-be wife, Taylor Wilson—a residential specialist and GRI on the residential sales team—their eight-year-old son, Cameron, and their dogs, Milo and Medusa.
